Policies

Deliveries:

All deliveries are tailgate or curb-side only unless special arrangements are made for other services. We try to schedule deliveries on Fridays. Our delivery charges will be additional to the cost of the plant material.

Design Service:

Customers who wish landscaping advice should bring a snapshot or rough sketch of the area in question so we can make suggestions. There is no charge for this service, but we recommend that you call ahead and make an appointment. If we must make an on-site inspection before doing a plan, there will be a charge for the site visit. We do have a landscape designer on staff to do in-depth, to-scale landscape plans. The charge for our designer’s services is determined by the size of the project and its complexity. Call for more information.

Gift Certificates:

Our gift certificates make an especially wonderful gift for holidays, birthdays, weddings, house warmings, or any special occasion. Gift certificates come in any amount you wish and are redeemable at any time.

Guarantee:

Plants are guaranteed to live under normal living conditions for one full year. The guarantee does not cover discounted or sale items, perennials, roses and a few other marginally hardy plants marked at the nursery. Plants damaged by animals, machinery, weather, neglect, overwatering, or are planted too deep, are not guaranteed. Returns must be accompanied by sales receipt and dead plant material. A dead plant will be replaced once, or store credit given for the purchase price. There are no cash refunds. Exchanges of live plant material will be accepted for up to 72 hours after purchase. No exceptions.

 Returns:

Because of the perishable nature of plants we will accept the return of a plant within 72 hours of purchase when accompanied with a sales receipt. The plant must be in It’s original condition and kept watered adequately. Returns will be credited toward an exchange only, cash refunds will not be given.¬†
